Spicy Cinnamon Pecan Granola

Makes about 4 cups

I N G R E D I E N T S

2 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup raw almonds

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup shaved coconut (unsweetened)

2ish Tbsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cayenne (or more)

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Preheat oven to 325. Place 1 total cup of oats and almods in a food processor to slightly chop. Mix all dry ingredients including spices in a bowl. Add wet ingredients (syrup/oil) and mix well. Pat down granola mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. bake for 15-25 mins until starts to brown. watch carefully!

I usually add cranberries to mine after it cooks. the granola is also great with a bit of maldon sea salt as a finishing touch! This is a s super adaptable recipe, as long as you make sure your dry vs. wet portions are correct.
